House Hunting :: Attempt No. 4
12:25:00 PMMorgan and I continued our house hunt Sunday afternoon. We found a few more prospective choices, one of which is a bank approved short sale for $75,000, which the realtor said could possibly be taken for only $50,000. We weren't able to get in the house to look around, so we are hoping to get over there again later this afternoon or tomorrow to check out the inside.
