A couple of months ago Morgan and I attended the wedding of one of my best childhood friends, Megan. Megan and I were like two peas in a pod growing up and I am so thrilled to show off her beautiful wedding captured by Rob Moorman of Moorman Photographics. The bride is stunning, the groom is handsome and the entire wedding is just pure simple elegance. Plus a flower girl that will just melt your heart and bring tears to your eyes. Not only are all of the personal touches perfect, but the venue is just so sweet and so unique that I just can't get enough!! The wedding took place at the Shuffleboard Club in St. Petersburg, FL.

So what inspired this unique affair?

From the bride: We wanted the wedding to be a creative yet simple way for us to express our relationship to the people that we love. We wanted it to be genuine and for our guests to feel comfortable. I felt the fact that we were facing the crowd and that everyone could see us from where they were sitting in the stands made the ceremony feel authentic. Overall, the wedding was quirky and funny in some ways because we didn't have it planned to a T.

Well, I must say, from an attendant's perspective, it went off without a hitch. Everything was absolutely perfect. Congratulations Megan and Marshall!! May your love and life together be always quirky and funny, just like you.
