Learn to Love Sweat!

GOOD MORNING!!!

Yes, that is me, getting in my workout for the morning. Not at the gym today, but I still was sweating like a pig to Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis DVD. I think one of my favorite things she says throughout the whole session is "Learn to love sweat!" This is so true, if you are one of those people that just can't handle being sweaty, you're probably not getting a good workout. That is usually how I know that my workout is a good one, by how much I am sweating. For example the stair master, oh yeah! 30-40 minutes on that baby and I sweat out like 2 pounds...pretty gross but I love it!

Oh, and did I mention that there is to be no air conditioning while doing these workouts, just in case you weren't sweating enough, Tracy wants to make sure you will be soaked. Thanks!

We are on day number four of the Metamorphosis program and today, through hopefully at least Thursday or Friday I will be able to stick to the "Nutrient Boost Week" dynamic eating plan provided by Tracy Anderson. So this morning after my nice sweat and of course a shower, breakfast consisted of some homemade blueberry applesauce. Actually quite tasty, even though I forget to steam the apples. But the chunky texture is nice and really filling.

Blueberry Applesauce
Ingredients:
4 apples
1/2 cup of blueberries
pinch of cinnamon
directions:
Steam apples. Peel and core the apples. Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Enjoy!
