Dear Gabriel,

It is 1:45 in the morning on April 21, 2013 and you will be here any day now. I wanted to write you this letter to let you know how honored I am to become your mom. I have treasured every kick and every moment that I have been given to carry you in my stomach and have never been more excited for anything in my life as I am right now to hold you in my arms for the first time.

Although I am a little sad that my time that I have gotten you all to my self is coming to an end, I can't wait for you to meet the rest of your amazing family and for them to get to know you as I have in these last 9 months. Your dad is the most incredible man and you are so lucky and blessed to have him as a role model to look up to. He may be a little nervous for your arrival, but he could not be more ecstatic to meet you. We are so excited to welcome you to this world and to watch and help you grow for the rest of your life. I hope and pray that we will be the amazing parents that you deserve and that you will grow up to be whatever your heart desires.
